What patients say on Google
“I am writing this as a current patient who has been actively working on my mental health and doing my part to stay engaged in treatment. I have made efforts to communicate, attend appointments, and reach out when I need support. Recently, I experienced a lack of response during a particularly vulnerable time. As someone managing anxiety and past mental health struggles, timely communication is not just helpful — it is essential. When calls or messages go unanswered, it can leave a patient feeling isolated, discouraged, and unsupported at a moment when stability matters most. I understand that providers and clinics manage heavy caseloads. However, responsiveness and clear follow-up are critical components of mental health care. I AM A PATIENT TOO..! Patients often reach out during periods of heightened distress. Silence or delayed communication, even if unintentional, can unintentionally reinforce feelings of rejection or abandonment. This review is not written to attack or assign blame, but to express the importance of communication in behavioral health services. Trust and accessibility are foundational to effective care. I sincerely hope this feedback encourages improvements in communication processes so that patients seeking help feel supported rather than alone.”
“Friendly staff, no problems with scheduling (I usually do it in person), Becky is a wonderful therapist!”
“UPDATE SINCE BELOW REVIEW: I went into office again today and Kim took great care of us. Found out case worker had been on vacation. New Peer worker called immediately and made arrangements. Thank you. It is encouraging now. I give Derrick the assessor 5.0, but after the assessment we were told my son would be contacted within 24 hrs. 24 hours no contact, next day no contact. I've gone in office to inquire, told case worker would call. 2 additional phone calls...still no help. My son was so encouraged during accessment. Now I have to tell him no one there cares!! Btw...also left voice mail on case worker's phone...still nothing.”
“Absolute worst health care facility I have ever been to. Refuse to make an appointment for first time patients. First trip was over 2 hour wait, had to return another day. After that scheduling messed up 3 separate times. 3 appointments, no care. Rude staff, only offer to reschedule, not fix the problem. No mental health facility should cause more stress to its patients that are simply trying to get help. I would give zero stars if it was an option.”
