“This place is amazing!! I went in at 14 for having a plan of suicide and they did amazing!! The psychiatrist named McKenzie, she is so blunt and straight forward and SO hilarious!! We established a safety plan. I went in crying and I came out laughing and feeling amazing!! Highly recommend!!!”

“I give this urgent care 0 stars. Never, and I mean NEVER take your child to this location if they need to be evaluated by a psychiatrist ( that’s on staff) until 9:00p.m. My daughter has adhd and was considered to be in crisis mode for behavior. I debated on taking her to a hospital but decided to come here hoping to avoid an all night hospital stay. I called at 9:00 this morning to make sure this was a good place to take her and the receptionist gave me every info I wanted to hear. I filled out paper work, hand them my insurance card and wait to be seen. We finally walk back and do two different intakes ( it was shift change) after the 2nd intake I was asked if we could possibly come back tomorrow during the day to do a virtual hour long evaluation. I said no. I drove 45 minutes to get here, got baby sitting for my other kids and I really need her to be evaluated. After that I was sent back into a waiting room, I was told that with in 30 minutes if a psychiatrist could evaluate her. I finally went and knocked on the door to be told they don’t take my insurance and I’m not a resident of that area to be seen. My 9 year old was telling the intake workers that there are some days that she doesn’t want to wake up, I don’t want to go into other details but this is crisis mode. I have never been so upset and so let down in the health field in my life. They do in fact take my insurance and take residents that aren’t in ST.Peters. Why wouldn’t the receptionist have told me these details when I called hours prior to coming? Or that my insurance wouldn’t of been taken in the first 20 minutes of being there. I would of gone somewhere else. My entire night wasted. I will be calling anyone and everyone in the network to make sure someone is held accountable. Sounds like we were just tossed around and told false information. I wasted 5 hours of my night when I could of taken her somewhere else. I’m sick over this.”

“Sorry to say this, but my experience here has been awful. I don't know if the person assigned to me has any psychology/mental health knowledge at all. It seems the only training or education Compass requires is to be a children's camp counselor. After many visits now and I still have not been given any help at all (other than to listen to me discuss my problems). I was told that the next time I came in that we'd go over a topic only for that not to be mentioned at all during the next visit. A complete waste of time. I wish I had somewhere to turn. I feel Compass is taking advantage of me and not providing any proper help/care.”

“Compass Health - Providing subpar services to impoverished families who have no other option but to deal with it or do without. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. They get 1 Star bc the employees/counselors are not the problem, their whole network's policies are the problem. DO BETTER, ADMINS.”
