“My psychiatrist has gone above and beyond to provide the medication I need. He saw me before my official first appointment because one of my prescriptions had run out. He is efficient, personable, and answers my questions. I really appreciate the excellent care I'm receiving.”

“I have been seeing a few providers at lifestance or over a year. I have used lifestance for several services over the past year, and All providers I’ve seen and continue to see are great. That being said, I have never canceled an appointment. However, I have had several appointments canceled of mine, by them, for various reasons (which is completely okay. Things come up. People get sick. Family matters happen) which I have always been completely understanding of, even when I already took time off work to attend the appointments, and have to eat that time. Which is why, when I had a horrible migraine this past week and needed to cancel my appointment for the first time ever, because I would have been throwing up and experiencing extreme pain looking at a screen, it really upset me to be charged a 75 dollar fee. I asked them to please not charge me the fee. This was my first time ever cancelling an appointment with them and money is so tight right now. It’s disheartening that I have been understanding when cancellation need to happen on their end, but the one time I need to cancel, for a diagnosed disability I can’t control, I’m immediately charged a cancellation fee.”

“My experience with this office has been absolutely miserable. So much confusion, horrible processes and procedures, inconsistencies, rude people etc etc. I asked to speak to a manager one called me back almost a month later. I opened the fridge in the lobby to grab a water after I waited forever for my appointment and it was the most disgusting thing ever. Why have an old gross empty moldy fridge in the lobby? Currently waiting on a prescription to be filled and there are saying it’s been too long since my last appointment, which was May 21, not even a month ago. This is just ONE example of the type of confusion I have been experiencing. It’s very frustrating”
